Our Heat Generation Technologies

There are various ways of generating energy for hot water depending on what the application is for. From home, to commercial, industrial, agriculture etc, we have access and work with the different technologies both conventional and advance to optimise heat generation that contributes to energy savings, efficiency and sustainability.

Heat Recovery​

Our trademark heat recovery TERC generates hot water by harvesting otherwise wasted energy from cooling systems i.e. chiller plants, air conditioning, generators, production and process lines to name but a few. We further optimize the system by executing detailed studies on the individual sites and ensure with our in-house developed control philosophy that the system will have optimum performance and minimal maintenance without compromising the primary system function.

Typically savings of up to 98% is achieved.

Heat Pump​

In the simplest terms, a heat pump uses electricity and refrigerant to move heat from one location to another. To move heat, a heat pump uses two heat exchangers and a compressor together with an expansion device. With our trademark WIZARD we are typically able to provide up to 6 times more thermal energy than electricity consumed. Our WIZARD range offers both water-to-water, air-to-water and air-to-air series for all types of applications in any environment.

Typically 65-85% energy cost savings.

Condensing Gas​

Condensing water heaters use a dual heat exchanger design to make maximum use of the energy delivered to the system at 108% efficiency. Non-condensing water heaters utilize a single heat exchanger so they vent more heat in the exhaust gases. Typically our condensing gas water heaters are able to offer an additional 15-35% savings compared with non-condensing types. Used both as main heat and backup depending on the available fuels and tariffs.

Electric

Electric heaters come in all shapes and sizes due to their low cost, compact and reliability. However do not offer any energy savings, but makes them ideal as backup to our energy savings technologies and can be implemented as external flow through type or immersion type in either, copper, stainless steel or incoloy material.

To harness the FREE energy delivered by the sun, we use a wide from of solar collector to generate hot water from 45 up to 160 deg. C to offset energy cost from hot water and boiler plants.

The storage of hot water itself is equally important as the heat source to achieve optimization of your hot water system. We offer a comprehensive range of conventional direct heated types both pressure and non pressure. Given the growing concern of bacterial in hot water tanks, we introduced the fully indirect thermal energy accumulator tank concept.

Our HEAT® thermal energy accumulator is using a fully indirect heating principal, also known as storage heat exchange (SHE), which through more than 15 years has become the cornerstone in our commercial hot water solutions.

The HEAT® is available in modular as well as large storage systems and offers a much longer lifespan for both storages as well as heat sources and other components involved, which has previously been seen in the market.

Under the brand iZenith we offer a comprehensive range of direct heated storage tanks featuring a modular range of up to 2000 litres and a bespoke range for all capacities as well as non-pressure types.

Offering both mild steel with enamel lining and high-grade stainless steel 304, 316 or duplex, we offer reliable and proven solutions to satisfy all our clients' requirements.
