The sun produces UV’s A, B and C. UVA has a wavelength of 315 – 400 nanometer, reaches the earth, harmless and possesses effective antimicrobial properties with prolonged exposure.
UVC however is blocked by the ozone to protect us from its harmful effect. Hence the importance of keeping the earth’s ozone healthy! UVC has a wavelength of between 200 – 280 nanometer with a powerful antimicrobial property that kills all bacteria and viruses instantly.
UVA & UVC can be useful when applied correctly to disinfect a wide range of bacteria and viruses. UVC has been commonly used for years in water treatment processes as a mean to disinfect. While UVA is fairly new in terms of applications, the increasing need to keep our environment safe has allowed the technology to be more accessible.

Heat Disinfection
Heat is the oldest technique of disinfection known to man. Today, it is further improved by technologies that can generate heat sustainably and efficiently. Using the experience we gained in developing our Smart Hot Water business over the years, we are now able to adapt the technology for disinfection.
In China, we have installed a system using heat pump technology that we developed to disinfect a pig farm by building a chamber where vehicles are driven in for disinfection. This is as part of a “firewall” we create to protect the farm in response to the African Swine Flu outbreak in 2018.
There are various heat source technologies that we can help you identify for industrial needs such as animal feed, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning) system, many more.
Water-Based Disinfection
HOCL is one of the oldest disinfectants in the world dating as far back as the 1800’s. It can be produced and exists in different concentrations depending on the pH, even in our body, neutrophils of the white blood cells naturally release HOCL to protect us from invading pathogens.
In partnership with Danish Clean Water (DCW), we supply an electrochemically activated (ECA) water generator that produces HOCL disinfectant liquid.
Using all-natural ingredients consisting of salt and water, our patented membrane technology ECA generator converts these ingredients into HOCL through an electrolysis process. Hypochlorous Acid or HOCl is 100% biodegradable, food-safe, child-safe, pH neutral, non-toxic, shelf-life stable and 99.99% effective against a wide range of bacteria and viruses such as legionella coronavirus.
With a dosing system, we apply HOCL into industrial or commercial water lines and effectively remove and prevent biofilm formation, therefore improve the efficiency and performance of the water system. Resulting not only in a healthier environment but also significant energy savings and improved productivity.

Renshield®
We also bottle and commercialize the disinfectant and sanitiser under the brand Renshield® and has received Halal certification from Malaysia’s prominent Islamic regulatory body JAKIM as well as the status of the product with Notification by the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) under the Malaysia Ministry of Health. Thus, making Renshield the first non-alcohol hand sanitiser of its kind in the Malaysian market.
Renshield® can be used as a hand sanitiser (500ppm in strength) as well as a surface disinfectant (300ppm in strength). As a package, we also supply an Automatic Dispenser with a temperature reader and ULV Cold Fogger for the different applications Renshield can be used for.
